Obludarium - A Magical Monster Tour

Obludarium is an exceptional new circus performance, combining marionettes, masks, dance and live music. There are 15 artists on the stage in the theatre's own beautiful theatre building, which was built specially for this show.
This is a kind of new circus, but in a completely new 'old-fashioned' way. A little bit as one would find in an old movie, with monsters and side-show characters like the bearded woman, the world's strongest man, etc.
The action alternates between moments of pure humor and moving poetry. There are wonderful costumes, lovely music and a wealth of surprises. There is dance, puppetry and mask theatre, done in a way you have probably never experienced.
In January 2009 this performance won the Czech Alfred Radok award, which can be compared to the Danish Reumert award, for the best theatre production of the year. You have something to look forward to...
